INFO.XML Missing

hi, Ive been trying to instll a few of the scripts from softaculous for a few hours now, but all i get is the error message "The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.". Im not sure if this is something i may have done, but i was wondering if there was a way to get this file back, or to even "Reset" my hosting to its original state?

Hello,

A few users have reported this and admins are aware of the issue. I don't think it's isolated to your account.
For now, I'd suggest running the install for whatever you wanted manually using any packages available on the publisher's website.
