I guess this is bothering you: my site worked but now is dosent
To resolve this issue(temporarily/diagnose), the simplest thing would be to delete/move everything inside public_html and you can do that using cPanel/FTP.

Please also note that there are no options for [/b]resetting of accounts[/b].But we can terminate your hosting account allowing you to signup again for a new hosting account.

hi, i did that. (deleted all my files and started again) I upload half a dozen files. it worked for about 4 or 5 hours. now its just displaying the godaddy advertising again. is there some kind of bandwidth limit on free accounts?
