The first time I used phpMyAdmin, I was able to import my table definitions. Now, every time I try to use phpMyAdmin it says:
phpMyAdmin - Error

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.
The logs accessible from cPanel are empty.

I tried deleting and recreating the database from cPanel -- no change; I still get the phpMyAdmin error.
