Not able to login cpanel account

Dear sir first of all i would like say thank for providing such types facility.
Actually my cpanel account is not opening .When i try to login it says login failed even i have used correct username and password .Forum and client panel is successfully getting open with the same user name and password.So plz reply the solution as soon as possible.
