Account suspension

I got a suspension of a violation of your terms of service, as a "phsihing website".
I was trying about creating one with educational purposes, even i specified it was for it, no phishing.

I can erase it with no problem (or you can erase it if you want), but please, let me to continue using your services, or, at least, to download my files, since i did some modifications that aren't on my backups.

Unfortunately, this is in direct violation of our Terms of Service. This also falls under our zero tolerance policy, meaning your account has been permanently suspended, and you cannot have any further access to it.
We are under no obligation to provide you with a backup.

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

No, I can't do that. It explicitly says in the Terms of Service that you will "forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases".
