I uploaded a Clan CMS script to test, my browser has a 404 on that page (looks like a custom 404 page).
Also when i go to the link above there is some page saying "if you believe you got here in error", which i do believe, as i have uploaded an index.php page. why would it go to your custom error page if there is an index
