Hello !
You suspended my account because on a copyright violation.
There isn't ! Let me explain why :

1. All these records are MINE. I bought it ! So I may put them on my own Internet.
2. Visitors CANNOT download the records, since they are encapsulated in a flash program. See by yourself : http://flegme.x10.mx/zing/index.php
I did it so (with a flash-based program) so that the copyrights were OK for the visitors.

That's the rule here in Europe : as far as the music records cannot be downloaded by visitors, there is no copyright-problems.
I do suppose it's the same in USA.

Hoping that you have enough explanations to cancel this suspension.

1.2gb of illegally hosted MP3's in clear violation of a clearly written line in our TOS is what it boils down to. It's permanent.
