About LinkBacksI was very pleased with your free service, and decided to buy Premium. However, to my dismay, when I logged on my account status was \"suspended\". Is it possible to transfer the files I had in my public_html to my premium account?

The problem is the premium services acceptable use policy has the same restrictions as free does. There's no guarantee at all they'd be able to move the files given that the same content would not be allowed on premium either.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!

Would there be any possibility of receiving the files in my public_html and then making appropriate edits to the content?

Since your suspension is permanent, then any and all access to your account is completely and permanently revoked
