    Multiple domain problems

    1. My domain is not found in the Cpanel as shown in the attachments.
I have just transferred the co.cc domain from another hosting server and have changed the nameservers to match the nameservers here.

    2. Apparently the domain has previewed a page from this hosting as it wrote cpanel at the footer as my previous hosting was not at a cpanel hosting server.

However, the page was redirected to http://bb31.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

    My site is http://bb31.co.cc/

Help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Re: Multiple domain problems

    Solution to (1)
I found out that there seems to be a cpanel problem that occurs when you add a domain which has the nameservers not fully connected to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
The simpliest way to solve this is to delete and recreate your account or request to remove domain record from your hosting account.
This is to ensure that there is no non-configured duplicate entries of your domain on the server so as to be able to readd your domain.

    Solution to (2)
The domain redirects to http://domain/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi because you have configured it to the server's nameservers.
    - However, the domain is not correctly configured in your hosting account to load your desired page. Therefore, refer to solution (1).
    - Another cause of this is the common DNS cache problem (should I say DNS flush). To solve this, you will have to flush your dns via cmd on your Windows computer. Google for more info.

If this has been posted elsewhere, ignore. Otherwise, I hope you can solve your problem.
