I've checked the announcements sections and I see no postings about this. For the last two mornings, when I go to my site I get the following message:

The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

I love the service you provide but sometimes i cannot even get to my site, is the paid service more reliable?

Premium Hosting is more reliable because there are fewer accounts on the premium servers and the premium servers are less subject to abuse than the free hosting servers. Premium hosting also has premium support and has features that are not available on free hosting.
