On another forum running on the same forum platform, they were able to convert all my posts to those of an anonymous "guest" and then disable my account. Would that be possible here?

No, we do not delete forum accounts.

Can I at least get the username changed to something random, and then change the password to something random as well as to render the account useless?

Why do you want to render it useless?
We also can't change the username. I can however permanently ban you if you wish. I'll just need you to state that you have requested the ban if you want to proceed and are sure that you're finished with the account.
