How can i active my own domain?

I have added a new domain (my own domain) to my account. Please give me some instruction (DNS sitting instructions) to active my own domain.

Just add the following DNS nameservers using your domain registrar's account panel:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Also, remove the references to NS*.VAIOWEB.COM

I have added ns1.x10hosting and ns2.x10hosting in DSN ns Record. But it still not working. In ns Records there have 6 Records: ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
ns1.vaioweb.com to ns4.vaioweb.com

What can I do?

As far as I can see, you haven't added
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
Infact, you haven't removed the following nameservers yet:
NS1.VAIOWEB.COM, NS2.VAIOWEB.COM,NS3.VAIOWEB.COM and NS4.VAIOWEB.COM

You have to add/remove the nameservers using your domain registrar's(Directi Internet Solutions Pvt) account panel.

There has no option to delete NS1.VAIOWEB.COM, NS2.VAIOWEB.COM,NS3.VAIOWEB.COM and NS4.VAIOWEB.COM. I can only add new NS Records and delete them. The NS Records of vaioweb are locked.
