Hello,

When you purchase vBulletin legally and download it from their site, all of the files have a license # in them. Since your files are missing that license #, it means that you uploaded an illegal (nulled, aka warez) copy of vBulletin to your website. Even if you have a legal license for vB, uploading the illegal copy is still illegal. Warez is strictly prohibited in our Terms of Service, which you agreed to when signing up, and having it on your account earns you a permanent suspension. Your account cannot be unsuspended and you cannot regain any access to your account, files, or databases.

I would also like to thank you for providing me with a new variation on nulled vBulletins that I was not originally aware of. You have officially made my job easier as I can now update my templates to allow for said variation to be instantly killed -before- it gets to my backup scanner, which is the one that actually busted you.
