Unfortunately, saying you didn't know that proxies weren't allowed is not an excuse, as it is part of the Terms of Service you agreed to when signing up, so you're bound by them whether you actually read them or not. As the suspension reason states, this is a permanent suspension, meaning that you cannot be unsuspended and you cannot regain access to your account, files, or databases.
