Does my Mysql database keep crashing??

Hi. So I had another support ticket posted under the name 'prashnet' or something because my usernames were changed to that but now they're changed back to my orginial so I have to post again (now it says i have no support tickets open). My problem seems to lie in the mysql database. First I had a script that would run perfectly until at a random time it crash and when i visit the website it says "DB connection error". I thought it was the script so I got another one and same thing. It randomly crashes and this time it gives me "Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: #07000(proxy) all backends are down..." errors
I don't understand why? Any help appreciated.
