Your hosting account was in all probability suspended by a staff member to prevent a possible abuse(HRU - http://x10hosting.com/wiki/High_Resource_Usage) of x10 free hosting services.
Now,you will have to provide a convincing explanation before some other staff member(or the staff member who suspended your account) unsuspends your hosting account.
