SQL database dosen\'t work - there is mess inside many empty databases + one ok , but

PhpMyAdmin / MySQL data base MESS - can Any one FIX it?

Few days ago some of the folders gone from my server - it was restore it later . Some data bases it\\\'s not working , So I look in to my SQL data base & I discover That I have there 10 or more database & the base which should be connected with my web is broken - there is missing few tables.
Can any one fix it, please... I do not know why there is so many sql database - all empty + my which is broken.
And PhpMyAdmin is working really slowly and its showing mistakes. - Its look like whole sql database is broken ...
