Website Specified Does Not Exist

I signed up for a free account. I got a confirmation email with:
* Username: xkit
* Password: This is the same as your client account password
* Domain: thaimassage.x10.mx
* Package: adfree-infinity
* Hosting Server: starka

When I visit \"thaimassage.x10.mx\" I see \"Website Specified Does Not Exist\" message. How can I activate my account? I want to FTP or SSH to add HTML files. Please advise.

(Additionally, ll of the links on the \"common questions\" page are broken.

Hello,

I can see a directory listing on that site. Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
SSH is not supported on free, however you would be able to work with FTP.
