Thinking I'm a proxy

I was trying to create an account, but it kept giving me password errors...
then when it finally took the password..
it told me this:
We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums.
but i wasnt trying to do it through a proxy.. can someone help? thanks

Apparently the system considered the password failures as "attempts to register" .

Please wait until at least 24 hours have passed (maybe clear your browsing history/cache/cookies) and then try again. If you still get the message post back here.
