Using main domain

Hi I have changed main domain options to the domain name that I currently own. I have changed my nameservers as
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Are these settings correct? What else I have to do to use my domain name with x10 hosting?
I would appreciate very much if you reply as soon as possible with details.

I think it maybe that DNS hasn't been updated for me because when I visit http://weboreviews.com/
I still see the Default web site page.

Also,flush your dns records.
