how to use domain?

hi guys,
I just brought my domain from 123-reg.
I am new to this so i need help please. I have nop idea how to connect my domain to the host? The site is live on xhosting but i cant work out how to use domian..I have .co.uk domain.
Please could someone give me steps on how to do it?
