Your site loads fairly quickly for me.
If you need better performance, I'd suggest an upgrade to Premium. Due to the nature of free hosting there are lots of accounts per server and that means each has a small allocation of resources. On premium, there are considerably fewer accounts per server resulting in a greater allocation of resources per account, and therefore greater speed.
