Invalid email address or password supplied < error message on log in page

hi ya guys i just wondered if anyone can shed any light on me not being able to log in via the normal log in page as i seem to be getting the "Invalid email address or password supplied" message.
Im not logging in any differently than normal and still use the same page

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

but instead have been logging in via the address

https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083

but this misses out my acount management page

ive also tried to use my forum log in but this doesnt work either

any ideas would be much appreciated
