when I try to login to my account I get this message

Invalid email address or password supplied

whilw both my email and password are correct and I used them to login to the forum

For cPanel (https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/) ,use your cpanel username.
For x10 Forums use http://x10hosting.com/forums/login.php
*For security reasons,access to AMP using cpanel/forum username has been disabled temporarily.
