Problem to access to my site

Since this morning when I try to access to my site frodon.shiba.x10.mx, I\'ve the page linked below :
http://frodon.shiba.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Yesterday in the evening there was no problem, so it\'s that a bad issue caused by the migration or update of the server?

How can I answer the problem? When the site will be available?

NB : After investigating, I see the pages are available only with the full link, but the index page can't be reached by typing http://frodon.shiba.x10.mx but the other pages as http://frodon.shiba.x10.mx/?page_id=15 can be reached. Maybe it's a problem with the index page but I didn't edit it so I don't understand what's the problem.
