not able to install boonex dolphin

Hi sir
I am trying to install boonex dolphin 7.0.6 to my main domin but not able to do it. i tried with both ftp and softaculous. when I load my domin it only shows the page contain \"hello\". If i create subdomin and install with sotaculous, its working fine.I cant understand where i am doing wrong. Please guide me to install it in my main domin.

Please use FTP to delete all of the files in the public_html folder (do not delete the folder), clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try uploading and installing again.
