Ftp gone, i dont understand

My ftp ive had for a year or so has now vanished, no logins work etc it even says my email i registered with is longer in the system...

What has happened?

Do you remember what your cpanel username was? There's a termination report in the system for cpanel username RHBHS from november 27th after the account had been suspended for 33.83 days. It doesn't say what the original suspension was for, but 14 days after an account is suspended it becomes eligable for erasure; if that was your account, it's been gone for nearly five months.

If it wasn't, let us know what the cpanel username actually is and we'll see if we can find what happened to it.
