Errors seen when creating sub-domain on server chopin

I am attempting to create a sub-domain under my account and when I do the following errors are seen:

after this the sub-domain does show in the sub-domain management panel but the URL sugar.geno.pcriot.com does not seem to work.

Hello,

That does appear to work for me (http://sugar.geno.pcriot.com). I get "Welcome to Sugar. Please enter your user name and password."
Please clear your browser cache then flush your DNS, then try again.
