Index page not showing

I cannot see my own index.html.
When I click on my site link in my hosting account, it shows me the default page http://snarrish.elementfx.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi; I flushed the DNS, but nothing changed. FTP and cPanel are working perfectly.
Where\'s the problem from?
