I have aproblem with my domain

i add my domain muslim-youth.eu in the cpanel and it is ok
and i change the DNS from the name.com site but when i open my domain i show me this message

it is ok and i can open the site without any problem

Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
Also, sites not in English, Spanish or French need a word for word manual translation. Are you able to provide me with a link to this?
