Fatal error while requesting "Bandwidth" usage in cPanel.

Hi!

Since I've created my account, I've always got an error message when trying to get the Bandwidth usage of the account's website.

I've seen that somebody else also got this problems as shown in the following links:
Bandwidth error
fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive

But I couldn't get a solution from there.

What follows is the error message given when trying to get the account's bandwidth usage.

I guess that by reading the error output, this line gives some hints:

'Supplied directory \'/var/cpanel/bandwidth\' is not a valid dire...'

either '/var/cpanel/bandwidth' doesn't exists or it does but, maybe I don't have access to it?
