404 upon installing things

I\'ve tried to install wordpress and concrete on my website, both were separate installs and both would not work and they would both return 404 errors, I was using softaculous installer.

I do see a new WP install in /wp

Try clearing your browser history and cache. And perhaps adding a ?foo to the end of the URL to bypass any ISP caching routines.
