Hello again!
Try login via https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel) using your email id that you used for registration.
Then, Click » View Details in the yellow box and you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

This should change the passwords for your client account, cPanel, and your forums to a "same" password.
By the way,did you try your old password?
