About the language restriction

I understand that you have a language restriction (English, French, Spanish only). What if my website users post a message and they use other languages into my guestbook, would you make exceptions for this matters? thanks!

No, you would need to moderate any comments not in English, Spanish or French, or translate them (manually) within a reasonable amount of time (~24-48 hours).
