WordPress Installation/Integration Help

I am new to website building and stuff and the instructions on how to put WordPress on How to install it are confusing me. Can anyone help me out and tell me how to install the WordPress to this hosting site? I'm a beginner so be as detailed as possible. Note: I do have a blog site with them currently
