unable to change main domain

for some reason, i am unable to change my main domain name to benjaminbavel.info. i have the domain name parked in my cpanel at the moment. when i tried parking it, i had an error come up. in any case, can you please drop the suffix .x10.com and let me use benjaminbavel.info as my main domain name instead.

just tried removing my parked domain and i received the following error:

when i go into my main domain change request, i can see the following:

after removing the parked domain (even though there was an error), i am now trying to resubmit my change domain name request, and it is in 'status pending'. if there is something wrong that i have done that may have caused this, then perhaps documents should be put up on your website for users to get the hang of the basics.
