install wordpress but it give error 500 internal server error

i tried many times installing on it but it nvr work and it keep giving me 500 internal server error i also tried installing other software like gallery 3 but it is not working too please help me

Hello Gary!
Set the permissions of garyhb.co.cc folder to 755 and that of files inside of it to 644.
Also, temporarily rename .htaccess file that you may have inside garyhb.co.cc folder.

i have change the folder to 755 and the files inside to 644 and rename .htaccess file to 1 but i still get the error message

I'm seeing 403 errors now. Are they intended?
If not, please verify that you do not have a .htaccess file in your public_html directory.
