As explained before, file hosting is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service meaning you will not be allowed future access to your account or files.
And, also explained to you previously:

But those files that were on the site had to do with the website. Can you not clear in advance that I give a warning about something occurs and how I can make it right. But is there really no Capability to display the site forward? Because there were also a big game in the works but no go any further, for information on the site had been for a game. Can you please give me regain access to my account and when I do something wrong and give you a warning then I will try to get well again. And I've got a lot of time into this site.

As has been said various times before, it is a permanent suspension. You will not be granted any further access to your account for any reason.

I'm gunna jump in and add 2 more nails; I've got public file uploader linked right off the front page, which is easily abusable, and the site is in Dutch instead of English, Spanish, or French as per the TOS.
That's two extra zero-tolerance reasons, as the public file uploader counts as File Hosting, and the unsupported language just compounds things.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
