when i visit my site http://kalaonline.co.cc i see \"Index of/\" and a link \"kalaonline\" (kalaonline is the name of the ftp account i created). when i click the link it then goes to my real website but the domain name is http://kalaonline.co.cc/kalaonline. i wish to use http://kalaonline.co.cc to go my website directly. Thanks

Hello. Move the files from your kalaonline folder directly into the root of public_html. You can do this by using cPanel's File Manager.

You don't need to create an FTP account. If you're just managing the root directory, you can login to FTP using your cPanel details. Otherwise, make sure your FTP account has access to the root of public_html.
