I can\'t open my website

Hi,
I signed up for the service today, uploaded a template, and tried to access the website but defaultwebpage.cgi always showed up. Do I need to do any extra step to register my domain. I have the index.html file in there already.
My domain is: vtthanhduong.x10.mx
