It may have been terminated after 14 days of suspension. I can check in the system if you let me know what your cPanel username was.

If you'd like to sign up again, just login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and then follow the links there to make your new account.

There is only forum account is showing as active...no links are available to reactivate/recreate the account.

This is baffling because there is now a hosting account that was created today associated with your forum account. It looks like you found out how to do it.
