Unable to login to CPanel

Hi i have reset my password quite a few times and am unable to login to my cpanel.

My username is sandy.beach, i can login to the forum fine, but cannot login into my cpanel, can someone take a look at this please?

I have reset my password many times over the last 2 weeks and i have not had any success at logging in.

Have you tried logging into cPanel via the link from the account panel? What username are you using for cPanel login? What's the URL you're using?

Hi i have been trying to login to my cpanel by this url:

http://www.sandybeachit.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

my username is sandy.beach

I have reset my password many times and since you use the same password for my cpanel, forum and other areas my password must be correct as i have manually being entering it everywhere to login.

Also is my account locked out or suspended which would indicate why i can't login to my cpanel ?
