Want to add new CNAME

am using google apps and want to add email cname record (name: mail and cname : ghs.google.com) bt when i write "mail" den show a error message like "That name is reserved (already in use)."

pls help me :)

Hello,

Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant.
You should be able to do what you want by using cPanel's "Advanced DNS Zone Editor". Go into that, and you should already see a CNAME record for mail in the list at the bottom. Click "Edit" in the actions column next to that record, and change it to whatever it needs to be.
