    Thumbs down cPanel Timeout Error

Attempting to log onto cPanel during the last 8 hrs (via chopin.x10hosting.com) results in a timeout error.

As usual, cookies, popups, java, and javascript enabled, and DNS cache flushed prior to login attempts.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Pintwin173

BTW: Using https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ to access cPanel. Unsecure link also times out.

    Re: cPanel Timeout Error

    Hello,

Please try using the link(s) without the /login: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/
    http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

Are you trying to access them from behind a proxy? This may be applied by your office or school if applicable.
There have been no reported issues with cPanel. It's working fine for me at the moment.

    Thanks.

    Re: cPanel Timeout Error

Tried both urls w/o "/login" -- still receiving timeout errors. I have a direct connection to the internet, ie: No proxy.

BTW: On those occasions when I can log into cPanel, my browser always warns me of an untrusted security certificate. When I cannot, I see only a blank white screen. Don't know if it's related to my inability to access cPanel, but even if it isn't it seems it might be better "PR" for x10hosting to have a valid certificate.

    Regards, -- Pintwin173
