I was pending more information from our staff, apologies this took me so long to get back to.

After checking the logs, this suspension will stand. The IP address which was used at the time of the "hack" matches between cpanel and FTP, indicating it's the same user. This IP also matches the one you posted the ticket from, which would indicate it was someone on your network who uploaded the shell script.

Because of this, we cannot remove the suspension. There isn't any evidence that would indicate that any form of hack or script exploit has taken place. The only evidence there is were several FTP logins all from the same IP, which was the same one you posted the ticket from.
