What happened to my website?

I created a default page, \"index.php\", it redirects me to the \"cgi-bin\" folder for no reason?
I cant even access a single file.
I tried flushing my dns but it doesnt work.

New accounts get the Default Website Page while the system is waiting to finish configuring your domain (on your server, mapping your domain name to your files).
