Can I Get a rest to my hosting account?

Everything I add with ftp is not showing up. It was working for a while I feel that I may have deleted something that was needed on accident.
Is there anyway I could get a reset on my account?

    Hello,

There is no "reset button" as such. Your account would need to be terminated and you'd have to sign up again. If you want to do that, please let us know.
It'd be easier to try and fix the problem. When you say files aren't showing up do you mean on your website or in FTP?

    Thanks.

Oh I am sorry, they are not showing up on my site. they are there in the ftp.
They showed up on site for a while, with no probs. Then I changed the folder name in ftp and everything on site stopped working/showing up.

I have tryed changing it back, deleteing the folder, adding the folder again nothing lol

    -edit-
As to the termination and signing up again. I would have no real prob with that I did not do much to my site yet.

    Hello,

Ah. Which folder did you rename? That could be what is wrong.

    Thanks.

It was a folder I had added to the root directory. It was a php chat called chant.
I thought hay if I rename this folder chat instead of chant it would look better in the url lol

so you would be going to Mywebsite.x10.mx/home/xxxx/chat
    instead of Mywebsite.x10.mx/home/xxxx/chant

lol I have no clue how it messed everything ells up.

    Hello,

All files must be uploaded within the public_html folder if you want them to show on your site.
I can currently see a chat at jestdie.x10.mx/jin/chant

    Thanks.
