Suspension due to warez

Hello,

Today I saw my hosting account got blocked due to warez hosting. I indeed hosted warez on my hosting account, but I didn\'t provide it in any way to other users.

For me this hosting is very important, so I would like to request you to unsuspend me.
If this means my account will be monitored, I will provide you with any information necessary.
I also promise I won\'t host any warez on your services again, I regret doing it.

If you decide not to unsuspend my hosting account, I will accept it and not have any further discussions about it in the future. This would mean that I would move to another hosting company though.

Hello,

Having warez on your account is in violation of our Terms of Service to which you agreed upon signup. This also falls under our zero tolerance policy so your account has been permanently suspended. You can have no further access to it. The account will be deleted sometime after 14 days of suspension. Illegal activity is not permitted on x10 and is in violation of several laws, not just or Terms of Service. For that reason, I think it's best you find a host who will allow you to spread warez. In theory none should. It's certainly a no-no here.

Do you allow me to create a new x10hosting account (or maybe later an x10premium or x10VPS account) or am I not allowed to use your features anymore in the future?

Also, would it be possible for me to download the files I was hosting (the non-warez ones) on your services?

You'd need to wait for this account to be deleted before signing up again. Let me emphasise that any kind of illegal activity is not permitted, and if you plan on doing so x10 is not for you. It's for legitimate users setting up websites.

I already said I won't be doing illegal activities anymore in the future.
Again sorry for hosting warez, I hope it didn't cause any problems.
