Why I do not sign in my control panel area. I give my username and password correctly but is shows \'Login Attempt Failed!\'?
Why it is shown to me?

You should be using the username: nitish19 to sign in at either:
https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/ or
http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/
