Restore My Access To My Account, Please

Please, help me to restore access to my account!
I was told to login with my username "drazy" but was later told that my e-mail address has been changed from drazy005@gmail.com to a yahoo account, which to me is outrightly weird.
So, please, I implore You, help me...............
Actually, I submitted a request yesterday in the evening, but was surprised not to find it this morning-Could someone tell me why my ticket was unduly closed?
